Edd Helms Group Announces Third Quarter Earnings

Edd Helms Group continues to earn profits with revenues earned for the quarter increasing 34% over the same period for 2001. With revenues of $19,258,244 for the nine months ended February 28, 2002, the Company reported net income for the quarter of $345,962 and net income for the nine months ended February 28, 2002 of $763,771.

Edd Helms Group, Inc., providing electrical, mechanical, data communication, and wireless services is confident that we will finish our fiscal year with earning in excess of the 2001 numbers.

The earnings of the company are a result of the Company’s continued visible service program with its electrical and air conditioning divisions. In addition to these divisions, the Company has experienced growth in the data communication and wireless markets. At this time the Company is continuing to seek new contracts while seeking to grow its markets through acquisitions.
