Edd Helms Group issues Annual 10K Report for 2005

Edd Helms Group filed their Annual Report 10KSB for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2005 with the SEC on February 6th. Revenues increased approximately 5.5% over those reported in 2004. Income from operations before income taxes were $331,220, an increase of approximately $729,002 over those reported in 2004. According to Wade Helms, Executive Vice President, these increases can be attributed to positive economic conditions, and a company wide focus to grow revenues while keeping a close eye on cost of sales and overhead expenses.
