Edd Helms Group Issues Annual 10KSB Report for 2006

Edd Helms Group filed their Annual Report 10KSB for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2006 with the SEC on November 20th.

Revenues were $21,205,252, an increase of $4,143,488 or 24.3% over those reported in 2005. Income from operations before income taxes were $1,280,360, an increase of approximately $949,140 or 386% over those reported in 2005.

Condensed business segments for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2006, reported as follows:

Edd Helms Electric Revenues in 2006 were $9,220,298 compared to $7,463,361 in 2005. Electric operating earnings before depreciation, amortization, interest & income taxes in 2006 was $688,107 compared to $81,757 in 2005.

Edd Helms Air Conditioning Revenues were $8,782,513 compared to $6,407,089 in 2005. HVAC operating earnings in 2006 were $817,216 compared to $117,430 in 2005.

Datatelcom Revenues in 2006 were $3,202,441 compared to $3,191,315 in 2005. Datatelcom operating earnings in 2006 was a loss of ($224,963) compared to operating earnings of $132,033 in 2005.

According to Wade Helms, Executive Vice President, these increases can be attributed to the continuation from 2005 of positive economic conditions, and a company wide focus to grow revenues while keeping a close eye on cost of sales and overhead expenses.
