Edd Helms Group repurchases 1,159,970 shares of stock previously owned by Edd Helms Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan

Effective July 26th, 2007 Edd Helms Group has redeemed at a purchase price of $.42 per share, a total of 1,159,970 shares of its issued and outstanding common stock from the Edd Helms Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan upon termination of the Edd Helms Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The aggregate redemption cost to the Company was $487,187.40. All monies used for the redemption of the shares were from working capital of the Company.
