over those reported in 2005. Income from operations before taxes were $184,581,
a decrease of approximately $174,036. Condensed business segment revenues
reported revenues and income before taxes as follows: Electric revenues in 2006
were $1,895,454 compared with $2,744.859 in 2005. Electrical income in 2006 was
$163,569 compared with $205,985 in 2005. HVAC revenues in 2006 were $2,035,018

Datatelcom revenues in 2006 were $783,854 and income was a loss of
$83,744. Prior to 2006 Datatelcom segmented revenues
were reported under the Electric segment. According to Dean Goodson, Chief
Financial Officer, the growth in revenue
can be attributed to positive economic conditions, and the decline in first
quarter 2006 income compared with 2005 can be attributed to an increase
in lower margin construction jobs, as opposed to higher margin service work,
where the cost components require less labor and more materials. The net income
for the three months ending August 31, 2005 was consistent with
expectations.
